About Us

At Adrienne Sanders Consultancy our mission is to create bespoke learning solutions that help you and your organisation to thrive. We aim to build leadership capabilities, embed strong workplace wellbeing practices, and grow high-performing teams.

Our Founder

Our founder, Adrienne Sanders (she/her/hers) MSc, MSc, MBPsS is a leadership specialist, expert facilitator, Doctoral candidate, trainee Counselling Psychologist, and learning and development professional with over 10 years of experience working across the not-for-profit, public, and private sector, including organisations such as Mind, the mental health charity and PwC UK. Adrienne works with both future leaders and current leaders, including C-suite.

Adrienne is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology and is a member of the British Psychological Society. She holds two Masters's degrees: an MSc in Psychology with a research specialism in organisational and leadership psychology; and an MSc in Environmental & International Development.

Adrienne holds qualifications in Leadership & Management from the ILM and is trained in action learning facilitation, advanced facilitation skills, design thinking, and coaching skills. She is a qualified Mental Health First Aider and is ASIST trained.

In addition to being the Founder & Director, Adrienne sits on the Board of Trustees for Khulisa, a psychoeducation charity working to support young people affected by trauma and adversity.

Learning Consultancy & Design

Do you want to upskill your workforce but you’re not sure where to start? Do you have a workplace challenge that a learning solution could help to resolve?

Using design thinking and L&D expertise, I work with you to identify a strong learning strategy that responds directly to your needs while also designing and delivering a bespoke learning solution that is right for your people, culture, and timelines.

Expert Facilitation

Do you have a workshop, team away day, leadership seminar, or action learning set that requires expert facilitation? Are you part of a group of people that may need support to better understand one another or to reach a decision?

I practice the art of facilitation to help participants connect, understand, and solve problems more effectively as a group. Using a facilitation style that enhances learning and creativity, I look to create trust and structure amongst participants using tenets of design thinking and psychological safety.

 

Leadership Development & Mentoring

Do you want to support the development and growth of your leadership teams? Do you have individual leaders looking for 1:1 support?

Marrying theory and practice, I pull upon the study of leadership psychology and years of personal leadership experience to inform my practice. I believe in an approach to leadership that is driven by purpose, values, and self-awareness which is irrespective of position or title.

Working in a group or on a 1:1 basis, I offer bespoke leadership workshops, action learning sets, and mentoring. Specialist areas include honing your leadership style, inclusive leadership, leading with purpose, energy management, influencing skills, and innovation.
